๐ŸŒ About This Opportunity

Accelerate Africa is a flagship programme of the Nigeria Startup Act ecosystem, designed to identify and invest in the most promising early-stage African startups. Partnered with the Future Africa Fund, the 2026 cohort offers investment between $250,000 and $500,000 for a small, curated group of just 10 founders.

Beyond the investment, participants receive 12 weeks of intensive support โ€” expert mentorship, market access workshops, connections to global investors and partners, and hands-on guidance from Africa's most experienced operators. This is not a grant: it's equity investment in founders who are building scalable solutions.

The programme is open to African founders, with Nigerian entrepreneurs fully eligible to apply. Applications are completely free, and no equity is required to go through the application process.
